The dining room features sustainable seafood, Hearst Ranch grass fed beef and the best produce from local growers with a Country French inspired flair.

Executive Chef Anthony Reeves works closely with local growers and farmers to ensure the best and freshest ingredients for his recipes.

In January 2010, in association with our four sister properties, Orchid is proud to offer a 3-course Prix Fixe menu nightly for $35 per person, $49 with 3 wine pairings. A portion of the proceeds will go to support the Hospice Partners of San Luis Obispo.
