Tolosa began wine distribution in 2001 and established a state-of-the-art tasting room in 2004. Architecturally modern in structure, the tasting room and its adjacent patio combine elements of the winery in its design, from the cork floor to stainless steel ceilings, glass bar, and wood panels. Large window panes overlook the winery's tank room, flanked by plaques describing the winery's Self-Guided Tour of the Winemaking Process.
