Description:

Per Bacco is a producer of premium wine based in the Edna Valley. Long time friends Marco Rizzo, owner of Caf Roma Restaurant in San Luis Obispo and Craig Shannon, a third generation vineyard manager, had long spoken about making wine together.

Currently Per Bacco Cellars produces Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir and limited production runs of Sangiovese, Syrah, Petite Sirah and a dry Rose'.
