Proulx Wines are the result of a labor of love and a lot of hard work. Owners, Genoa and Kevin Riley started Proulx after Genoa ran tasting rooms and Kevin made wine for many successful Paso Robles wineries. At some point they thought it would be a dream to do it for themselves. In 2004 they started crushing fruit for Proulx from Genoas familys vineyard located in the heart of Paso Robles renown west side Vineyard Drive.
The fifty five year old vineyard is run by Kevin and has been producing stellar wines for many years, and 2004 was no exception. With that success, they hit the ground running selling out of 200 cases of their first vintage in a matter of months.
Today, they produce 1200 cases are enjoying the growing success of their business as well as their family.
Their tasting room, located in the middle or the family vineyard, will open May 2010.
